1. Overview
AI Superheroes provides AI receptionist and reputation management services through monthly subscriptions. These are digital products and services that begin immediately upon payment.
2. Services and Subscriptions
Package 1: AI Superhero + Reputation Management – $97/month
Upsell Package: Loyalty & Reputation Campaign – $197/month
All services are billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting [email protected].
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our digital services are delivered immediately upon payment and customized for each client, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. See our full Refund Policy below.
4. Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice, as long as active subscriptions are fulfilled for their current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
AI Superheroes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
